Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a contract. A booking is confirmed only after Ryan accepts the assignment and any required agreement, invoice, or payment terms are completed.

Published package prices are starting points based on the scope shown. Travel, access, duration, multiple athletes, commercial usage, and other requirements may affect the final quote. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.

Portfolio and copyright

Unless otherwise stated, photographs and website content are owned by Ryan Garrity Photography and may not be copied, sold, edited, or used commercially without permission. Client usage rights are defined by the applicable package or booking agreement.

Third-party services

The site may rely on third-party services for forms, hosting, email, analytics, or links. Their availability and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.
